At Nebeus, we strive to provide a seamless payment experience. However, in certain cases additional fees may apply when a payment requires manual intervention or extra processing. Below you will find the details of the fees related to payment issues.
1. Unallocated payment investigation charge
Price: €20
This fee applies when our team needs to investigate a payment that cannot be correctly allocated to the intended recipient. This usually happens when the information provided is incomplete or incorrect, for example a missing payment reference. The charge covers the administrative work needed to trace, identify and resolve the issue.
2. Manual payment correction charge
Price: €10 plus applicable expenses, such as exchange fees or network fees
This fee applies when manual intervention is needed to correct errors in the payment details provided. It includes any associated costs, such as currency exchange fees or network charges, required to fix the payment. This allows us to cover the expenses involved in making these adjustments while continuing to provide a reliable service.
Important: These fees only apply in specific cases where additional work is needed from our support team due to incorrect or missing payment details. To avoid these charges, please double check all payment details before submitting any transaction.
